John F. Ramey has been practicing law for over 30 years in the areas of construction defects, personal injury, medical malpractice and business litigation. He was named as a Southern California Super Lawyer in 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019. In his practice he has represented contractors, manufacturing corporations, property management companies and retailers in cases of construction defect, work site injury and premises liability claims. John has extensive trial experience and has tried over fifty cases in state and federal courts. He is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates. His trial experience includes personal injury, property damage, construction defects and professional malpractice cases. More recently he has concentrated his practice on the representation of individuals whose person or property has been harmed by the negligence of others in the areas of personal injury and construction defects. John has represented clients in numerous arbitrations and mediations involving multi-million dollar claims. He is a frequent lecturer on construction and personal injury law. John is also an experienced mediator and has successfully mediated to resolution cases involving personal injury and breach of contract claims.
